If your only sauna reference is the traditional hot-rock kind, the practical questions about an infrared session are simple: how hot, how long, what do I wear, and can I get out when I want to. Answer those and you know whether to book one.

The short answer

SK's infrared sauna temperature is adjustable up to 160 degrees. Most sessions last about 30 to 40 minutes, depending on the option selected, and you have your own room. Tell the team what temperature feels comfortable for you. You can end the session whenever you feel ready.

What to wear

The sauna is in a private room, so you can wear whatever is comfortable or use it without clothing. Towels are available for comfort and coverage. Ask the team any practical questions before you settle in.

Choosing the temperature

You do not have to use the highest setting. Ask the team how to adjust the temperature and start with a setting that feels comfortable. If you want to leave before your scheduled time is up, you can.

How to use the time

A 30 to 40 minute block with no phone obligations is rarer than it should be. Some clients treat the session as a standalone quiet visit; others book it alongside massage, cryotherapy, or compression on the same trip when the combination fits their goals and schedule. If you want to pair services, say so when you book so the front desk can sequence the appointments sensibly. Drink water before you arrive and after you leave.

A pre-visit checklist

  • Loose clothing you can relax in, or layers you can remove to comfort level.
  • Water before you arrive, and time to drink more after.
  • A decision about whether this is a standalone visit or paired with another service.
  • Nothing else to prepare.

A note on health conditions

Heat affects people differently. If you are unsure whether extended heat is appropriate for you, talk with your own provider before booking, and mention it to the SK team as well. You can also end the session at any point.

Next step

Book a session through the booking page, where the team confirms current pricing and availability. If you are still choosing between sauna and another recovery option, call the Temecula studio and describe what you want from the visit.
