Yes. We offer pregnancy massage and have a pregnancy pillow that allows many clients to lie face down comfortably, even later in pregnancy.
Yes. SK Longevity massage therapists are licensed, and many have training that goes well beyond the minimum required for licensing.
Your comfort level matters most. Many clients undress completely under the sheet, while others leave undergarments on. You are professionally draped and covered throughout the session, and the choice is always based on your comfort.
Avoid a large meal immediately before your session. We also recommend arriving hydrated and drinking water after your massage to support recovery and comfort.
